Site: Sunny abandoned lot with a fireplace remnant. The long, narrow site is steeply sloped. The owner wanted level useable spaces that included graceful transitions and areas of seclusion.
Solution: We created connected outdoor 'rooms', including a vegetable garden, patio, waterfall and level lawn. The result is a series of wonderful visual surprises as you pass through an inviting arbor into the vegetable garden and down the granite stone path to a water feature. Day dreamers and book lovers are drawn to the tranquility of the pond where a bluestone patio, cobble stone fireplace and suspended swing from an arbor are enveloped by the rich setting.
